Shipping Policy

We process and ship most orders within 1-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. The shipping time is selected by the customer at checkout and is added to the processing time mentioned above! 

Pre-Order items will have a longer processing time. Please refer to individual pre-order item pages for processing times. 

All orders are shipped via USPS including international orders! Currently we do not ship to any countries in the European Union. 

International packages have an estimated 10-14 day delivery time after being shipped.

We are not held responsible for any packages lost/damaged/or stolen. Once we drop off the package with the delivery service, it is out of our hands. Please contact USPS with any lost/damaged/or stolen package concerns.

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the small nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

However, If we made a mistake please let us know within (3) days of delivery so we can do our best to correct the situation! After three (3) days, your order will be ineligible for a return or replacement. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!
